On the eve of his trip to Charleston, S.C. for his “Rock Me Like a Herman Cain: South Cain-olina Primary Rally,” Stephen Colbert took to his Comedy Central late night show to express horror that his Super PAC — The Definitely Not Coordinating with Stephen Colbert Super PAC — was running ads against him.
Then he performed a “Carolina”-themed duet with James Taylor.

A Miami judge on Friday scheduled the trial for the man charged with shooting and killing former Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor to begin April 16, according to an Associated Press report.
Eric Rivera Jr., 21, will be the first of the four suspects accused of killing Taylor to go to trial. The men will be tried separately.
Rivera and the other three men have pleaded not guilty, but if convicted could receive life sentences.
A fifth member of the group has already pleaded guilty to murder and burglary charges and is expected to testify against the others.
Taylor died a day after the shooting on Nov. 27, 2007, during an alleged late-night robbery attempt at his Miami home.
