Swizz Beatz is Megaupload’s CEO; Trial date set for Jennifer Hudson’s slain family members

Kassem “Swizz Beatz” Dean, the producer/DJ husband of musician Alicia Keys, turns out to be the CEO of Megaupload, the file-sharing Web site shut down Thursday by the FBI for allegedly sharing pirated content. Swizz was not named in the 72-page indictment and doesn’t appear to own a stake in the company, according to Forbes and The Washington Post. (Post-Tech)

Oscar winner Hudson has not made a statement about the latest news, but in the past has called the murders “surreal.”(AP via WaPo)
